Tips for successful Live Chats:
- After you invite a lady to chat live, she has up to 30 minutes to accept your invitation. Please remember that she might go away from a computer for a few minutes or does not see your invitation right away. Even if you send your invitation several times do not worry – you will be charged 12 credits only once for a 24 hour chat with one lady.
- We educate our ladies how to use Live chats tp help you have successful Chats. Still if for some reason the lady does not accept your invitation, please send us a message to office@unona.net and we will refund your payment.
- If you have a web camera, please click on the icon of the web camera (located above the text field) to start video streaming.
- If your lady does not have access to computers, she is welcome to come to any Unona office in Ukraine to use one of our computers with high speed Internet to chat with you. This service is free of charge.
- If you would like a professional interpreter to assist you with interpreting your live chat, please send a message to office@unona.net to inform the date and time of the chat and arrange a payment.
