With new Live Chats we will:

- Invite the lady to come to any of Unona office to enjoy a comfortable atmosphere
- Provide her with a computer with high speed Internet access
- Provide a web camera
- Assist with interpretation so that you can understand each word
How It Works:
- You pick a lady with whom you would like to Chat Live.
- Click “Invite to Chat Live” on her profile, and suggest a date and time which is convenient for you.
- Our manager talks to the lady and informs her about your invitation. If the date and time is OK with her, you get a confirmation message. If it is not, she could suggest another time. You communicate until you find a time convenient for both of you.
- The lady comes to the Unona office at the appointed time and we provide a computer for her, high speed Internet, a web camera, and the assistance of an interpreter.
The cost of a 30 minute Live Chat arranged by our translators is 30 credits (and not 50 credits for 10 minutes, as our competitors charge) and includes Live Chat arranging, an interpreter’s assistance, high speed Internet, and video streaming provided at any of the Unona offices.
If for some reason you are not happy with the connection, please inform our translator. We will cancel the chat and refund your payment.
