When you start dreaming of meeting a beautiful Ukrainian lady, getting married, having a loving family full of joy and kids laughter, one the thoughts which comes afterwards is “How Much Does it Cost?” or even more specifically “Can I Afford That?”. Let’s be honest and admit that some people might not be able to afford long-distance romance, but the high barriers to entry ensure that our ladies get to meet responsible and reliable gentlemen who have thought this endeavor through.

 

To make things easier let’s break down the average costs that you would incur while dating. The following numbers are typical, with substantial variation in either direction:

 

Registration, placing your photos and video on the website: free

 

Communication (correspondence, Live Chats, viewing videos etc.): $150. Depending on whether you communicate with one or several ladies, of course this sum would vary. $150 a month will give you:

Around 24 letters sent with translation and forwarding, which is 6 letters/week

 

Some people communicate long-distance for just 1 month and then they come to Ukraine to visit the Ukrainian ladies they have been corresponding with. Others take a year or so to feel they are ready to travel overseas. I would say the average term is about 5 months.

*Note that if you are going to a smaller city like Kherson, all expenses are far lower there than for example in Kiev or Odessa. 

 

Please keep in mind that you want to find the right lady for yourself and to make sure that your relationship works. Most people go through a few serious relationships and make a few trips to Ukraine before they propose.

Of course this sum will be different for everybody, but it gives the general idea of what to expect. Once you have committed yourself, stay proactive and reach out to meet the ladies.
